When I’m working on an invitation or publication I’m always on the lookout for new and fun fonts to use in my graphic design work. I love the site DaFont which is a great resource where you can download fonts straight to your computer from an extensive style library. It has heaps of categories listed but sometimes it’s hard to find something in particular so you need to know a couple of tricks of the trade…
My little tip is if you are looking for a particular theme of font like a ‘stamp’ font then Google ‘stamp fonts’. If you see one you like then search for it in DaFont (or any other font site you like).
Sometimes they won’t be listed on a free site like this and you may need to buy it which is why I use DaFont because it’s all free. If you are happy to buy a font I would suggest going to Creative Market. As you can see from the list below, these fonts all have unique names so wouldn’t appear in a ‘stamp’ search unless you knew their style name. Does that make sense?
If you don’t know how to download fonts there is a helpful Q&A here that I recommend. Anyway, have fun with these and get creative!
